1. What AgentHood is

AgentHood is software that helps you generate an AI agent and prepare a token launch on Robinhood Chain. You choose whether to launch, and you sign the transaction yourself. AgentHood is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Robinhood.

2. No financial advice

Nothing on AgentHood, including agent replies, is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Do your own research and never put in more than you can afford to lose.

3. No guarantee of value

Tokens are volatile and can lose all of their value. AgentHood makes no promise about the price, liquidity, trading volume or fees any token will have or earn.

4. You sign your own transactions

Every launch is approved by you in your own wallet. You are responsible for your wallet, your keys and what you approve. AgentHood cannot reverse a transaction once it is on-chain.

5. Fees are non-refundable

The launch fee and network fees are not refundable, including if you later decide not to continue or the token does not trade.

6. AI-generated content

Agent names, personalities, images and replies are generated by AI and may be wrong, offensive or misleading. You are responsible for reviewing an agent before you launch it.

7. Launched tokens are permanent

Once launched, a token cannot be edited, withdrawn or deleted by you or by AgentHood. Its name, ticker, logo and description are fixed.

8. Creator code

The creator code is the only proof that you own an unlaunched agent. If you lose it, the agent cannot be launched and we cannot recover it.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use AgentHood to impersonate people or projects, infringe others' rights, or break the law. We may hide an agent from the site; we cannot remove a token from the chain.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the current version.
